Concrete expansion agent is used to prepare expansive concrete (including compensating shrinkage concrete and self stressing concrete). Compensating shrinkage concrete has the functions of compensating concrete shrinkage and compacting concrete, and improving concrete impermeability. It is mainly used in civil engineering for waterproofing and crack resistance. It is commonly used in situations where high-grade waterproof concrete and appropriate spacing between expansion joints or post pouring strips are prepared.

Instructions for use
-When using expansion agent, it is recommended to add 8-12% of the cementitious material. After preparing the joint and reinforced concrete, the dosage should be appropriately increased.
Precautions
-The on-site construction site or mixing plant must feed the compensating shrinkage concrete according to the determined mix ratio, and the measuring device must be accurate;
-The mixing time of concrete mixed with expansion agent should be extended by 30 seconds compared to ordinary concrete, and the temperature of the concrete should be below 30 ℃;
-Before the final setting of concrete mixed with expansion agent, attention should be paid to secondary plastering to prevent the occurrence of surface shrinkage cracks;
-The curing of concrete mixed with expansion agent after pouring is very important. It should be watered and cured in a timely manner according to the temperature situation, so that the exposed surface of the concrete remains moist for at least 7 days;
-When pouring concrete, after mixing with expansion agent, attention should be paid to controlling the temperature, watering and curing in a timely manner to keep the exposed surface of the concrete always moist, and the curing period should not be less than 7 days;
-After pouring the concrete mixed with expansion agent, the basement should be backfilled with lime soil as soon as possible, and the roof should be waterproofed and insulated as soon as possible.
Packaging and storage
-This product is non-toxic, non explosive, and non-volatile. It should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, and should not be affected by moisture. It should be transported as general cargo. The storage time of the product is one year, but if it exceeds six months, it should undergo physical performance testing again.
