Wet mix mortar stabilizer is the core material for producing wet mix mortar in concrete mixing plants.
Classification:
Mortar Additives
Keyword: Wet mix mortar additive
Detail
Wet mix mortar stabilizer is the core material for producing wet mix mortar in concrete mixing plants. It is made of various organic and inorganic water retaining and thickening materials, as well as retarders, through high-tech methods. It is a specialized liquid composite additive that can control the hardening speed and other performance indicators of wet mix mortar. It is designed based on the "Ready mixed Mortar" (GB/T25181-2019), "Standard for Basic Performance Test Methods of Building Mortar" (JGJ/T70-2009), "Technical Specification for Application of Ready mixed Mortar" (JGJ/T223-2010), and "Wet mixed Mortar Plasticizer" (Q/FEM001-2019), and carefully blended with raw materials produced by advanced Japanese technology.
Product Features
Super strong plastic retention function, adjustable mortar operation time within 24 hours according to production requirements;
Good adhesion between mortar and wall, significantly reducing the shrinkage deformation of mortar, avoiding mortar hollowing and cracking;
After the mortar construction is applied to the wall, the mortar will solidify and harden normally. It does not need to be dry, it will harden immediately when used;
Excellent workability and resistance to sagging, greatly improving plastering efficiency and machine spraying efficiency.
Technical performance and recommended dosage
The technical performance belongs to inorganic materials, non-toxic and odorless. The recommended dosage is 10-15 kg/cubic meter. [Note: The amount of stabilizer added to wet mixed mortar can be adjusted according to the operating time requirements, cement dosage, strength grade, temperature and environmental humidity changes to determine the optimal dosage through experiments.]
Usage and precautions
The longer the operational time requirement, the greater the amount of stabilizer added;
The larger the amount of cement used, the greater the amount of stabilizer added;
The higher the temperature, the greater the amount of stabilizer added;
The lower the environmental humidity, the greater the amount of stabilizer added;
The greater the water absorption of the wall, the greater the amount of stabilizer added;
Different varieties and grades of cement also have an impact on the operable time. When changing the cement, it is necessary to conduct mortar trial mixing and adjust the amount of stabilizer added.
Scope of Application
Artificial masonry using river sand, river sand, and machine-made sand;
Suitable for plastering;
Suitable for wet mixed mortar of various strength grades for mechanical spraying.
