Classification:
Functional Additives and Special Repair Materials
Keyword: Permeable concrete additive
Detail
Permeable concrete additive, also known as permeable concrete reinforcement agent or binder, is a reddish brown transparent liquid that is designed using advanced synthesis technology and core-shell structure from abroad. It participates in cement hydration reaction to form polymer cement hydration body, which can greatly improve the compressive and bonding strength of cement hydration body, enhance the frost resistance, durability and weather resistance of permeable concrete as an additive.
Product Features
FEM permeable concrete additives have significant effects in improving strength, reducing costs, increasing slump, extending operable time, and increasing the thickness of stone surface coating;
The thickness of the coating will not become thinner or most of it will flow to the bottom layer due to an increase in slump, and it can be evenly wrapped around the surface of the stones;
Improve work efficiency and shorten project duration.
Product functional performance
Can solve the following problem: low product strength. Using cement and stones to bond, the strength can reach up to C15, and the permeability is low. Increasing the amount of cement will result in impermeability.
Low permeability rate. Reducing the amount of cement used to increase permeability will result in a significant decrease in compressive strength.
Poor frost resistance. The unique gap structure of permeable concrete will make it more susceptible to freeze-thaw damage. After experiencing repeated freeze-thaw cycles in winter, permeable concrete will generally become a "permeable beach" in spring when the stones loosen, fall off, become brittle, and the engineering quality is severe.
The surface of permeable concrete is prone to alkali leaching. Due to the formation of chloride alkali on cement after solidification and the precipitation of white crystals upon contact with water, it will adhere to the surface of cement, seriously affecting the surface texture of permeable concrete and the acceptance of the project.
Poor work performance. Permeable concrete bonded with cement and stones is in a semi dry and loose state, with poor water retention and flowability. Some have already lost too much water and their solidification ability before being delivered to the construction site; After being delivered to the construction site, some permeable concrete has poor fluidity, greatly increasing the difficulty and time of construction; Some even lose their solidification ability due to excessive water loss during the construction process.
Usage and precautions
FEM permeable concrete additive can achieve high permeability concrete by adding about 10 kilograms per cubic meter to ordinary concrete;
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place to avoid moisture;
The storage period for unopened materials is six months.
