According to the intention of cooperation, Furman Group will build three core projects in Qinaz District, including a concrete admixture synthesis plant, an intelligent concrete mixing plant, and a modular cement house production plant, as well as supporting the construction of a technology research and development center and regional logistics hub. This indicates that high-quality cooperation in the field of building materials between China and Ukraine is about to enter a new stage.
Collaboration between government and enterprises to create a benchmark for green building materials in Central Asia
As an industrial hub of Tashkent Oblast, Qinaz District has abundant mineral resources such as limestone and sandstone aggregates, and is adjacent to the Central Asian railway hub, with significant geographical advantages. At the signing ceremony, the district mayor of Chinaz stated, "The technical strength of the Furman Group is highly compatible with Chinaz's resource endowment. After the project is implemented, it will fill the gap in the field of high-performance concrete additives in Uzbekistan and provide key material support for national key projects such as the construction of Tashkent New City and the upgrading of tourism infrastructure in Samarkand
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the government of Qinaz District has promised to provide "one-stop" services and prioritize policy support such as access to the national grid's green energy channel; At the same time, coordinate with the customs department to open up a "green channel" for equipment import, ensuring the smooth launch of the project.
Empowering industries with technology and promoting deep integration of localization
Fulman Group Chairman Sun Guangli revealed at the signing ceremony that the project will introduce China's leading polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesis technology, intelligent concrete production control system, and modular process for prefabricated buildings.
Sun Guangli emphasized, "We not only export products, but also need to build a full chain ecosystem of 'technology production service' to help Chinaz become an innovation highland in the Central Asian building materials industry
With the deep connection between the "the Belt and Road" initiative and Uzbekistan's "New Uzbekistan 2022-2026 Development Strategy", the cooperation between the Furman Group and the Qinaz District will become a model of practical cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
